The useful parts are usually the ones people delete: wrong turns, broken builds, the thing that took too long.

Document the process, not just the outcome.

Most of the useful stuff in a project is the part people tidy away: uncertainty, abandoned directions, bad drafts, the architecture that got replaced, the feature that got cut, the afternoon spent relearning something basic.

I want those artifacts here when they are real. Performing a mess is still a performance. A failed build log is more honest than a caption about “embracing failure.”
