Do the work first.

Healthy sequence: curiosity → experiment → work → notes → reflection → publication.

Unhealthy sequence: need engagement → invent a topic → manufacture certainty → publish.

I do not want to start with “what can I post.” I want to start with what I am trying to test, build, or understand. The activity should generate the writing. Capture while working so I am not reconstructing from memory later.

Cadence can be uneven. Work, capture, document, then publish — not the other way around because a feed got quiet.
